Unfortunately the past few entries haven't been on the positive, and its too bad I can't say this one won't be changing that pattern just yet, but let's bring up another "couple's issue"...
PMS.
I think we can all understand where I'm going with this.
If you're familiar with how girlfriends and PMS-ing go hand-in-hand with each other (not literally of course) then you'll know what I'm talking about. There's a historical tradition that the effects of PMS have stayed generally the same in most average women, bloating, stress, acne break-outs, and unstable levels of hormones that lead to what we all know as moodiness (a.k.a It's-the-Bitch-Time-of-the-Month).
So here's the problem. When your girlfriend is PMS-ing, and you happen to spend time with her on that day then keep something in mind (all the time you're with her that day) ... BE SENSITIVE. I don't mean just physically but more to the point, emotionally. If she's going to take the time to see you on a day where she'd rather to just stay at home and relax by herself (yes we do like to have our alone-time every once in awhile), then at least try to enjoy yourself. If you're not enjoying yourself, make an excuse and leave. Don't show or tell her you didn't have a good time. You're just going to make her feel like shit.
If you're going to be rude or blunt about it, then you're just digging your own grave. Save yourself the trouble and just don't say anything or if you have to say something, then sugar-coat it. Women don't take criticism well when they're menstruating but then .. I'm sure you guys know that first-hand, don't you?
